My name is Charlotte Albagnac — or Cha. I am the voice behind Sips of Cha.A multicultural creative, raised in Brazil, daughter of a Brazilian mother and a Chilean father, living in New Zealand since 2015.
In 2024, I was diagnosed with ADHD. From that point on, I decided to radically embrace everything I had previously felt ashamed of, afraid of, or even paranoid about being. I determined to create a life with more intention and aligned with the person I was discovering myself to be.
To do so, in December 2024, I left a long-standing job to take my blog, created in 2016, more seriously.
Today, I write about my personal process, subjects that interest me, such as the mind, the body, and well-being, skincare from my experience as someone who has already suffered with it, fashion as language, self-expression, and self-love; and self-development as a continuous and lifelong practice.
Curiously, "Chá" means "tea" in portuguese, soSips of Chais a space for small, intentional sips of learning, questioning, inspiration and growth.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to stay and explore with me this intense experience we call life. My newsletter Sips of Wonder is where this space continues.
Tchau for now,
