Welcome to day 3 of my experiment: Going through the Valley of Despair.

One of these days, while I was journaling and thinking about what I want to work on and focus on in 2026, I realized that after three years my values had changed.

The answer came with almost no mental effort. It was clear and decided for me.

For three years, I kept the same values as my compass. During that time, I constantly asked myself whether my actions reflected them. They were a benchmark. A test. A lens.

After three years of doing that, I realized those values had become part of me — and because of that, I no longer need to keep asking myself whether my choices reflect them.

In 2026, the question will be the same — what changes are the values.

What about you?

Till tomorrow,
